H. Ty Kharazi is a member of the State Bar of California since 1997, and is the principal attorney at Yarra, Rivas & Associates. Mr. Kharazi is admitted to practice before all California Courts, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal District Courts in Eastern and Northern California. He has tried over 47 long cause cases to conclusion, including cases in Federal and California Courts. Many of these cases were tried to a jury. Mr. Kharazi has also argued appeals before the Fifth District Court of Appeals in addition to the 9th Circuit.
Mr. Kharazi earned a BS in Biology with emphasis in Chemistry and a Masters Degree from California State University in Bakersfield. Mr. Kharazi earned is J.D. at the San Joaquin College of Law. He serves as Judge pro tem in Fresno Courts sitting in Juvenile Delinquency, Family and Small Claims Courts.
